Established in 2012, The Flatiron Room has earned global recognition as a premier destination for whiskey connoisseurs, live jazz enthusiasts, food lovers, and cocktail aficionados—all within a warm and inviting atmosphere. Located in Manhattan’s vibrant NoMad neighborhood, they brought me on board to refine their digital presence through strategic content creation and social storytelling.

Brief

My goal was to amplify The Flatiron Room’s captivating charm in the digital space by crafting a brand narrative that resonated deeply with their audience. The creative strategy I developed focused on igniting brand awareness, growing their online community, and increasing reservations for this iconic Manhattan destination.

I also produced cross-channel visual content that supported collaborations with premium spirit brands like Suntory, Campari, The Balvenie, and Bruichladdich. These brand-aligned partnerships helped position The Flatiron Room as a cultural fixture in New York’s luxury hospitality scene.

Results
