Phaway is a women-led construction firm redefining the landscape of luxury residential and commercial development in Northern California. Rooted in Peruvian heritage, founders Gigi and MJ sought to build a brand that honored their story while elevating their growing portfolio of sophisticated projects.

Brief

I partnered with Phaway to develop a cohesive brand foundation, including their visual identity system, core messaging, digital presence, and press materials. The work included the design of a custom brand manual, a responsive website, and a pitch deck for business development and media outreach. Through refined typography, an earthy yet bold color palette, and graphic elements derived from the logomark, we created a visual language that feels architectural, modern, and personal. The result is a brand that speaks to both legacy and innovation, designed to grow alongside their evolving portfolio.

The refreshed brand positioned Phaway as a distinctive, high-caliber player in the competitive construction market, combining trust, story, and sophistication. The visual toolkit streamlined project proposals and client presentations, while the new website and pitch materials established a polished, professional foundation for the next phase of growth.
