Summary
Acid League teamed up with cookbook author and artist Julia Sherman to release a series of hyper-limited edition vinegars, timed with the launch of her book Arty Parties: An Entertaining Cookbook. Bold, conceptual, and designed for creative cooks, the collection needed visuals that matched its spirit.
Monocle was brought in to produce elevated, artful content for digital platforms, highlighting the experimental mood of the product and its exclusive release through select retailers, including The Perish Trust.
Brief
Our goal was to create striking, concept-forward imagery that reflected both the vibrancy of the vinegar flavors and the creative tone of the collaboration. The visual direction took cues from still life photography, book design, and color-blocked editorial styling, while grounding the product in an artistic, lifestyle-forward world.
The resulting photography was used across social media, e-commerce, and marketing channels to support the launch and limited release of the vinegars.
Results
The content provided a visual throughline between the cookbook and the vinegars, supporting Acid League’s brand as both culinary and cultural. It helped drive digital engagement, elevated product storytelling, and aligned the launch with a more design-aware audience.
